Nothing append when clic on Send feedback.

sgauvin@serviceinfosg.com you must have enabled `#enable-md-feedback` from chrome://flags. This flag should be disabled by default. The MD-feedback is still a WIP and the buttons are not hooked yet.

This is a work in progress and not wired up yet.

Please use the current feedback flow by disabling MD Feedback here: chrome://flags/#enable-md-feedback
