Proxy settings not saved in Material Design settings page on Chrome OS

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS x86_64 8798.0.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2858.0 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8798.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel lulu Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go in Proxy settings 2. Add a proxy server 3. Proxy settings will be automatically changed to Direct Connection after few seconds... What is the expected behavior? What went wrong? Cannot insert and save a proxy server in proxy settings! Always come back to "Direct Connexion". Same thing if I try from chrome://proxy-settings... Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 55.0.2858.0 Channel: dev OS Version: 8798.0.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

OK See the attached files... But I guest is more a GUI problems (Material Design) in settings that it never keep our settings... Other Screenshots show you some parts that we click on it but nothing append...
