wrong detecting screens amount

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
there is one display
1. call chrome.desktopCapture.chooseDesktopMedia(['screen']) from extension

What is the expected behavior?
dialog contains one screen preview

What went wrong?
dialog contains two same screen preview

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.116  Channel: stable
OS Version: 10
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

Windows 10 (10586.589) x64
OSX, Win 7,8 works correctly
