What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome and navigate to https://www.google.co.in/trends/topcharts
(2)Click on 'More' button,click on 'embed' button and click on finished button.
(3)Now scroll the page and observe.

Actual: Grey highlight is not seen after scrolling the page down.

Expected: Grey highlight should be seen on entire page.

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M30' series i.e from build 30.0.1549.1

Note: Issue not seen on other browser like Firefox and I.E
