Regression : Unwanted blink of bottom contents is seen on clicking back arrow button in ‘Customize fonts’ section.

Chrome Version : 55.0.2865.0 (Official Build) 9ea2a739531edffad0859fdfd0a53f1f039026e4-refs/heads/master@{#419399} (64-bit)
OS: Mac(10.10.5)(10.11.5), Windows(7,8,8.1,10), Linux(14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome, navigate to chrome://md-settings, scroll down the page and click on ‘Customize fonts’.
2. Now click on back arrow button and observe the contents.

Actual : Unwanted blink of bottom contents is seen on clicking back arrow button in ‘Customize fonts’ section.
Expected : No such blink of bottom contents should be seen on clicking back arrow button in ‘Customize fonts’ section.

This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-55’, below is the Manual Regression and will soon update other info.

Using the per-revision bisect providing the bisect results,
Good build: 55.0.2862.0 (Revision: 419063).
Bad build: 55.0.2864.0 (Revision: 419385).

You are probably looking for a change made after 419270 (known good), but no later than 419271 (first known bad).
