Issue descriptionChrome Version: 6.0.16.21 arm64 Title: Device drained more power ~147mA when Chrome upgrades to 6.0.16.21 arm64 When upgrading Chrome to 6.0.16.21 arm64, device power consumption drained higher than 51.0.2704.90. What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Update Chrome to 6.0.16.21 arm64 2. Open Wi-Fi and link to IP to play video playback. Reproduce rate: Always What is the expected result? Chrome APP upgrade version should . What happens instead? Chrome version 6.0.16.21 arm64 drained extra power (~147.06 mA) than the version 51.0.2704.90.
