Open Developer Tools, and inspect both words. Switch to Computed to inspect Rendered Fonts.

2. Ubuntu — Network resource (6 glyphs)

You can verify this in Network too.

In Firefox 48, neither font is downloaded, as Firefox correctly uses the system-installed fonts.
