clientHeight different when identical page reloaded

Issue description
Chrome Version : 53.0.2785.89 Built on 8.5, running on Debian 8.5 (64-bit)

Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari: Unknown
Firefox: OK (48)
IE: Unknown
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open the attached html file
(2) Observe alerts saying clientHeight of 18 before timeout, and 18 after timeout
(3) Reload the html file
(4) Observe alerts clientHeight of 18 before timeout, and 298 after timeout
What is the expected result?
Reported clientHeight should be the same in all cases -- around 298
What happens instead?
clientHeight is not consistent for the same file

It depends on whether the image has been loaded or not. If you always wait until the image has been loaded it returns the same height. |
