Reported by xanthinz...@gmail.com, Sep 19 2016

Issue description

Chrome Version (from the about:version page): 53.0.2785.116 (Official Build) (64-bit)
Is this the most recent version: AFAIK
OS + version: Fedora 24
CPU architecture (32-bit / 64-bit): 64
Window manager: MATE, Cinnamon
URLs (if relevant): N/R
Behavior in Linux Firefox:N/A
Behavior in Windows Chrome (if you have access to it): VN/A

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Try to switch theme under the new settings.
(2) Fail.
(3) Be mildly annoyed.

What is the expected result?
Be able to switch to GTK/other sort of desktop theming.

What happens instead?
There's only one button and that sets it to default.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot
and backtrace if possible.
