The top bar of my Google Chrome turned from blue to gray.

Issue description
Chrome Version : <Version 53.0.2785.116 m>
URLs (if applicable) : All
Other browsers tested: None.
Add OK or FAIL after other browsers where you have tested this issue:
Safari: PASS/FAIL (Version)
Firefox: PASS/FAIL (Version)
IE: PASS/FAIL (Version)
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)I open my web browser and the top of my screen is gray instead of the blue that it used to be. I don't know why.

What is the expected result? The top bar should be blue. I don't know if something changed a setting or what.
What happens instead? It has a gray one. :P I know this is the "odd/ funny issues but I don't know what happened to the top of my google chrome. I'm on windows 7.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
