KeyEvents don't repeat on Android App on ChormeOS

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8743.25.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Play store app.
2. Input "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa" string.
3. Pres left-arrow key and hold.

What is the expected behavior?
left-arrow key events fire repeatedly.

What went wrong?
left-arrow key fire on time only.

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 52.0.2480.24  Channel: dev
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0

In native Chrome key will repeats without problems.
In Android container key will repeats with Input Method Editor.
But if IME was off , it won't repeat.

Platform 8872.35.0 (Official Build) beta-channel samus
ARC Version 3426244
Firmware Google_Samus.6300.174.0

Will reopen/refile if we see this.
