Extension logo which is being shown in search results page is not proper

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. search for "Popup Notes" extension in web store
2. Notice the extension logo.

What is the expected behavior?
search results page Extension Logo should have any of the uploaded promotional tile images.

What went wrong?
extension icon is shown in place of promotional image. (refer the attached image)

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I uploaded all correct promotional tile images but still the extension logo (image of the extension in results page when you search for that extension in web store) is shown as the 128x128 size icon only.
Am I supposed to provide any additional image for search results page?

Able to repro this issue on Windows 7, MAC (10.11.6) & Ubuntu Trusty (14.04) for Google Chrome Stable Version - 53.0.2785.116

This is a Non-Regression issue existing from M30 - # 30.0.1549.0
