Settings button broken for extensions in Material Design extension page

Pressing the settings button for an extension in the new Material Design extension page simply does nothing (tested on a Surface Pro 4 with touch only, have NOT tested this with a mouse or trackpad).

MD Extensions is still in progress, please switch back to the old one if it is missing important functionality.
