What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Visit the page, the webcam is no longer viewable with error Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to load because no supported source was found.


What is the expected result?

The webcam should be able to be viewed and the user can take a shot of their face for authentication. We have multiple areas of our site that use this feature, all of which are no longer working in chrome only.

What happens instead?

It does not show.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

This is absolutely urgent, please advise how to fix this.
