Issue descriptionChrome Version : 53.0.2785.116 (64-bit) URLs (if applicable) : https://eu.techbubbletechnologies.com/GUI/project-access/TechBubbleTechnologiesEU/facial-authentication and many others in our systems Other browsers tested: Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you have tested this issue: Safari: OK Firefox: OK IE: NA What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Visit the page, the webcam is no longer viewable with error Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to load because no supported source was found. What is the expected result? The webcam should be able to be viewed and the user can take a shot of their face for authentication. We have multiple areas of our site that use this feature, all of which are no longer working in chrome only. What happens instead? It does not show. Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible. This is absolutely urgent, please advise how to fix this.

This is a bug on the page itself, not chrome.

I found what it is and this changed after an upgrade, the support provided with this issue on both of the support areas for chrome sucks, as mentioned this was working fine until an upgrade yet support requests were met with pretty much def ears. |
