- [prerequisite] Run Blink layout tests on swarming ( bug 524758 )
- Run ALL WPT against Blink on swarming
- Run all WPT against other browsers on swarming
  - Firefox/Gecko
  - Safari/Webkit
  - Edge/EdgeHTML (even though it is closed source, can we test it?)
- Provide results in a publicly available dashboard
  - Similar to ES6 compat table https://kangax.github.io/compat-table/es6/

Infrastructure:

Currently work is underway to move Blink layout tests to swarming. Once that is done, we can investigate running other browsers' layout tests.
