Repro: un-disable the test and do a commit queue run. Looks like the test target is content_browsertests.

I filed this bug after fixing the test harness which was previously unconditionally passing, and finding that this test had been failing for who knows how long.

this bug has been stale for > 1 year. close it as won't fix with StaleClosed label.

Disable GMB on mac for full-range video

...and enable the full-range-video test on mac.
This will only affect software decoded video frames as
hardware-decoded video frames seem to be converted to studio
range on mac.
