2. Click on "homepage" next to GifPlayer Animated GIF Library.

Error 404.

(To be frank, linking to an SVN directory as the homepage was not so great in the first place)

Someone should really go over all of the homepage links and make sure they are active, especially for the (previously) Google Code hosted libraries.
