What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Navigate to a page which when printed will have a table with a table header (<thead> element) on the second or later printed pages.
(2) Open the Print dialog and view or print the second or later pages.

What is the expected result?

The table header prints once as the heading of the table.

What happens instead?

The table header prints once by itself at the top of the page and once with the table.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Issue was not present in Chrome 52 in Chrome OS.  On Windows 7 Home, issue has arisen within the last few releases of Chrome, but do know know which one.
