Add to context menu an option to print an image.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right click on an image.
2. Try to print the image.

What is the expected behavior?
It should show an option on the context menu to print the image.

What went wrong?
It does not have this option.

Did this work before? N/A

Printing via context menu for images could  fail for an number of reasons as it might not be an actual 'image' that you are clicking on (background image in CSS, Flash, overlay element) but to the user they don't know that if they expected the print option to be displayed.

Alternative reliable options is opening an image in a new tab / window and printing the page. It's also possible to select the image like a text selection and print.
