I am not a programmer but for some reason, in the print mode, selecting "Simplify-Page" - the previous report is still captured and the current screen is not picked up for printing. It's as if the shadow of the previous screen is still present. The website I am trying to access and print is from Office Ally-PM - website: https://pm.officeally.com/pm/Appointments/ViewAppointments.aspx?Tab=A&View=d&Day=16&Month=9&Year=2016&ProviderID=&OfficeID=&StatusID=&TimeInterval=30&DailyMode=5

Please help resolve this issue!!!
