Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36 Example URL: http://www.ivank.net/veci/transparent_cursor.html Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Go to the URL http://www.ivank.net/veci/transparent_cursor.html 2. See the source code of the webpage 3. Move the cursor around What is the expected behavior? The cursor should be transparent, because the source PNG is transparent. What went wrong? Cursor is a black square instead. Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A Did this work before? No Does this work in other browsers? This is a Windows only bug (does not repro on Linux or Mac), suggesting to me that the Blink code loading the image and providing it to the content layer as an image is working fine. No idea which team to route it to, so going with Input for now.
