Issue descriptionChrome Version : 55.0.2862.0 (Official Build) d29bb8a29d313a1939b297c45b39560ff22a89cb-refs/heads/master@{#419063} (64-bit) OS: Mac(10.10.5)(10.11.5) Test url : https://pdfobject.com/ What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome, navigate to above url and scroll down the page to ’Sample pdf’. 2. Click on ‘Zoom in’, Zoom out’ buttons seen on pdf, observe. Actual : ‘Zoom in’, Zoom out’ buttons does not work for ‘Sample pdf’. Expected : ‘Zoom in’, Zoom out’ buttons should work for pdf. This is a regression issue broken in ‘M-55’, below is the Manual Regression and will soon update other info. Good build: 55.0.2861.0 Bad build: 55.0.2862.0

This seems to be working fine on the latest canary(55.0.2871.0) on Windows-10, Mac OS 10.11.6 and Linux Ubuntu 14.04. Removing the blocker label for now. yfulgaonkar@: Could you please take a look and confirm the same from your end. Thank you! Note: Could repro this on the reported version: 55.0.2862.0 of Window-10.
