MediaTest.Yuv420pRec709H264 fails on linux

Bizarrely this fails when running content_browsertests, but succeeds if you run content_shell media/test/data/blackwhite.html. I'm not sure what's different.

It fails when it compares the color at (30, 30) and expects 255 but gets 235.

235 is suspiciously close to what you get if you don't expand a "studio swing" recording to full range. This could fail in multiple places. Normally this expansion happens when drawing a YUVVideoQuad in the compositor. Either the compositor wasn't told to do this expansion, or perhaps one of these paths is software rendered for some reason?

Ah.. content_shell with --disable-gpu gives the same result. Probably somewhere in skrenderer? or something we're using the software path.
