Security: phishing

I use chrome browser in my windows 7 ultimate pc i.e laptop AND it always takes me to a page and tells me u have won this or that mobile etc I know google isnt giving any reward to me as I have done nothing and looks a kind of scam but it tells me that google chrome is giving speacial reward to some users first I thought it may be true then I learnt about phishing they make same page as google chrome and ask me something and this has happened many times many people can fall in this trap and their security can be leaked

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
There are two possibilities here: 1> Your PC has malware or a malicious extension installed which navigated to this page, or 2> You visited a website with an advertisement configured to open in a new tab.

For #1, please see https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/2765944?hl=en

For #2, this would generally reflect a problem with the website you're visiting and you'd need to talk to them about why they shouldn't use ads like this.
