This bug makes it so that, if I enable the Material Design extensions page in chrome://flags, some extensions' toggles don't display properly, or are partially hidden. Please see the attached screenshot for an example of this issue. 

How to reproduce bug:

1. Go to chrome://flags and enable "Enable Material Design extensions". Relaunch Chrome.
2. Visit the Chrome "Extensions" page. Some extensions will be missing "enable/disable" toggles. 

This issue manifests for the top two extensions listed in the middle row of the page--Better History and rikaikun. rikaikun's "enable/disable" toggle is partially hidden (see screenshot), while Better History is missing its toggle altogether.

This issue also appears in the leftmost row, with Lazarus: Form Recovery--this extension's toggle is also partially hidden, like rikaikun's.

Chrome Version 53.0.2785.116 m (64-bit). Apparently the Material Design "About" page makes it so that copying and pasting one's Chrome version from the page is no longer possible. This is unfortunate.
