Steps to reproduce the problem:
1) open dev console
2) execute: fetch('about:blank')

What is the expected behavior?
According to spec: https://fetch.spec.whatwg.org/#basic-fetch it should return an empty document

What went wrong?
VM299:1 Fetch API cannot load about:blank. URL scheme "about" is not supported.(anonymous function) @ VM299:1
