Sometimes you have to press the "delete" button twice on offline-internals

There is apparently a race condition in the delete page request code for chrome:offline-internals where you have to press the delete all requests button twice sometimes to get the requests actually deleted.

We don't really care if this works or not.  Maybe we should delete the "delete" button before removing this bug.

Not repro.  There was a refactoring to send all the delete requests via a single function, which may have fixed this issue.  Using the delete button worked properly for me every time without having to press twice.
