Allow clearing the list of frames of a websocket connection

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2859.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Connect to a Websocket with many transferred frames
2. View this connection

What is the expected behavior?
It would be nice if we have a possibility to clear the list of transferred frames.

What went wrong?
The list of frames is growing...

Did this work before? No 

Chrome version: 55.0.2859.0  Channel: dev
OS Version: 6.1 (Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 R2)
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 23.0 r0
