Chrome Version: 55.0.2861.0 (Official Build) 9cedf75377d817c6b32a01f1d30fbe10663b8bb8-refs/heads/master@{#418732}- 32/64 bit.
OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10), Linux (14.04 LTS), Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

Steps:
1. Launch Chrome and sign in to chrome with valid credential.
2. Navigate to chrome://history, click 'i' (info) iron icon seen at top R.H.S of page and press Esc key.
3. Now press Space bar key and observe.

Actual: Focus highlight is not seen on 'i' (info) iron icon, even though it is clickable via space bar key.

Expected: Focus highlight should be seen on 'i' (info) iron icon after clicking on it. 

This is non-regression issue seen from M-55, since this is new feature introduced in 55.0.2861.0
