Regression: Transparent share overlay is seen in Files.app

Version: 55.0.2858.0/8803.0.0 (Official Build) dev-channel auron_paine, Blaze, Parrot
OS: Chrome

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Sign in to user>> go to Files.app>> create one folder in my drive tab>> share the folder>> Click on advanced>> enter something in to invite people edit box>> click on add message>> and observe

Expected: Broken share (Transparent) overlay should not be seen 
Actual: Instead Transparent UI is seen

This is a Regression issue as issue is not seen in M55: 55.0.2858.0/8799.0.0 dev-channel Paine

Issue is not applicable to Linux and Windows

Able to reproduce the issue on Paine using chrome version 55.0.2858.0/8803.0.0

I could not reproduce it (it's not Paine, though)
