Text continuation is seen missing in 'Network' section of devtools.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 55.0.2861.0 9cedf75377d817c6b32a01f1d30fbe10663b8bb8-refs/heads/master@{#418732} 64-bit. OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome,navigate to NTP and open devtools 2. Now go to 'Network' section and press 'Cmd' + R to record some activity 3. Now click on 'Timeline-Start Time' column and drag the column to RHS,observe Actual : Text continuation is seen missing when 'Timeline-Start Time' column is dragged to RHS instead arrow icon overlaps the text. Expected : Text continuation should be seen when 'Timeline-Start Time' column is dragged to RHS and arrow icon shouldn't overlap the text. This is a non-regression issue, seen from M-45 series as arrow icon on 'Timeline-Start Time' column appears from build # 45.0.2418.0 Kindly review the attached video and screen-cast for reference.

Yes, the Timeline header's label should have ellipsis once it no longer fits in the available width. @allada: If it's not possible to ellipsize it because of the <select>, follow up with me. I think it's time we moved the Timeline switcher into the right-click menu.

Some major changes are on their way for network timeline and it will likely make this issue moot. I am going to leave this ticket open, but I am going to consider it a non-issue because of what we are planning.
