Hand pointer appears after mouse hover on 'username' in chrome://md-settings/managePasswords

Chrome Version:55.0.2860.0 d19c087b9bfdf76a8af91e2f0a0e791bf2ffcafa-refs/heads/master@{#418438} (32/64-bit) 
OS:Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS),Mac OS X(10.10.5, 10.11.4)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome,navigate to https://twitter.com/ login with valid credentials
(2)Click on save password button from password bubble,navigate to chrome://md-settings/managePasswords
(3)Hover mouse on on "username" text and observe.

Actual: Hand pointer appears after mouse hover on username in chrome://md-settings/managePasswords

Expected: Mouse pointer should appear after mouse hover on username in chrome://md-settings/managePasswords

This is a Non-regression issue seen from 'M51' series i.e 51.0.2696.0
