Browser crashes when clicking Relaunch button

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Update Chrome via about page
2. Click Relaunch
3. See Chrome quit unexpectedly window

What is the expected behavior?
Not crash after relaunch

What went wrong?
I've attached the crash report from macOS

Is it a problem with a plugin? No 

Did this work before? Yes I believe 53.0.2785.101. It was before the last couple of releases that came out this week
