Drop down menus are not working

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.101 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
yelp.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. go to yelp.com
2. pick a business
3. go to drop down menu to sort reviews

What is the expected behavior?
I expect drop down menus to drop down so that I can select an option

What went wrong?
No menu drops down

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A

Is it a problem with a plugin? N/A 

Did this work before? N/A 

Does this work in other browsers? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.101  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

Tested the issue on Windows 10, Ubuntu 14.04, Mac OS 10.11.6 using chrome reported version #53.0.2785.101, chrome stable #53.0.2785.116 and latest canary #55.0.2860.0. 
Observed that the issue is not reproducible.

Attaching screencast for the same.

Following are the steps followed to reproduce the issue.
------------
1. Navigated to yelp.com
2. Clicked on restaurants.
3. Selected one of the restaurants.
4. Clicked on the yelp sort drop down menu of recommended reviews.
5. Observed that the drop down menu worked as expected.

mizenkomf@ - Could you please check this issue on latest canary #55.0.2860.0 or chrome stable #53.0.2785.116 by creating a new profile without any apps and extensions and please let us know if the issue still persist or not.

This issue still persists.  I have done everything I can think of doing. I
have deleted all of the extensions.  I have uninstalled re-installed and
uninstalled again. Then I installed Chrome Canary.  I still have the same
problem.  Interesting fact is that when I use my chrome account on my work
laptop I do not have the problem.  The problem is new and only started
happening a few days ago.
