windows are not positioned at the right place in high-dpi

Issue description

When running in mash mode with force-device-scale-factor=2, windows are not positioned at the right place. E.g. when clicking on the three dots on the top right of the browser.

When running in mash mode with force-device-scale-factor=2, windows are not positioned at the right place. E.g. when clicking on the app menu on the top right of the browser.
