No "right click -> translate this website" on Android |
||||||||||||||||||||||||
Issue descriptionI have heard complaints from people on my team that they would like to disable the translation bubbles for a language they speak reasonably well. They don't do that on Android so that they can choose to translate a page if they actually it. Chrome on desktop offers this in the right click menu. Chrome on Android has no such option. This sounds like an opportunity to trade fewer interruptions (translate bubbles) for a hidden but discoverable access to the translate feature.

Do we have a long press on three dots? Didn't we get rid of that at some point? We _do_ have a translate offer on selecting text, but even if you select all, it only translates a single word. (Yeah, thanks, that was helpful, translate :)

I meant long press on page or word. :) I don't think we have long press on 3 dot.
