Bisect should make certain step failures into warnings |

Issue descriptionStep failures that are handled and do not make the whole job fail, are still reported in the failure summary (e.g. https://build.chromium.org/p/tryserver.chromium.perf/builders/android_nexus6_perf_bisect/builds/2460 ) Making it hard for people monitoring the waterfall to properly classify revisions.

This is an old-ish auto-bisect bugs. This might be fixed with Pinpoint, or it's not going to get fixed. If you disagree with me, please reopen the bug and mark it "Untriaged". |
