Parts of Developer Tools UI do not use subpixel font rendering

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:49.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/49.0

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open Developer Tools > Elements
2. Notice the font rendering in the tabs and in the tab's content pane.

What is the expected behavior?
Font rendering is the same, everywhere

What went wrong?
Fonts in the DevTools tabs use subpixel rendering, but fonts in the tab's content pane are not.

Did this work before? N/A

If you could circle which specific parts of the screenshot you're noticing this subpixel font rendering issue, that would be helpful.

Sorry for the slow response - I discovered the underlying issue was a transform property we were using on that widget so I've submitted a CL to fix it. Thanks for the bug report!

DevTools: remove transform hack on elementsTreeOutline

No longer need this transform hack to make the tree outline its own layer
and minimize reflow because the elements panel uses split-widget which
uses the contain property.

This will enable subpixel font rendering.
