VMTests: run bin/ctest in verbose mode

Issue description

We use ctest to run the VM tests, we should run it in verbose mode to make it easier to debug problems in the CQ.

commands.py: run ctest in verbose mode

Add '--verbose' argument to the ctest command line
Update unit tests to check for '--verbose' and '--no_graphics' arguments
