What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launch chrome and navigate to chrome://md-settings/autofill
2. Click on 'Add address' and scroll down to 'Country/Region' drop down list
3. Now click on 'Country/Region' drop down list and click anywhere else to close the drop down list and observe the 'Country/Region' text label.

Actual: 'Country/Region' text label is not seen highlighted when selected.
Expected: 'Country/Region' text label should be seen highlighted when selected.

This is regression issue, broken in ‘M 55’ and below is manual regression and narrow bisect info:
Good build : 55.0.2844.0
Bad build : 55.0.2845.0
