Reproduction Steps: 
1. Enable CVox Next.
2. CTRL+Alt+T
3. shell
Expected: As I am typing, I ought to hear feedback based on my keyboard setting preferences about which letters I am typing, however instead I receive a long string of error text after every letter typed. If requested, I can paste that in. Also, I expect to be able to navigate the text that I type with the arrow keys.
Actual: I am not able to hear which letters I am typing, and I hear silence when moving with the arrow keys.
