iOS https scheme coloring shades are slightly off.

For the record, we should be using kGoogleGreen700 and kGoogleRed700 from /ui/gfx/color_palette.h [1].

TEST= Two tests:
1) Visit google.com and check that "https" in the omnibox uses the exact same shade of green as the lock icon.
2) Visit expired.badssl.com and check that "https" in the omnibox uses the exact same shade of red as the triangle with an exclamation mark.

See comment 2 for screenshots.

Verified in 55.0.2866.0 canary, iPhone 6S iOS 10.0.1, iPhone 9.3.5
iOS https scheme coloring shades looks the same.
