TEST= Two tests: 1) Visit google.com and check that "https" in the omnibox uses the exact same shade of green as the lock icon. 2) Visit expired.badssl.com and check that "https" in the omnibox uses the exact same shade of red as the triangle with an exclamation mark. See comment 2 for screenshots.
