Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.89 Safari/537.36 Platform: 8530.83.0 (Official Build) dev-channel lars test Steps to reproduce the problem: Scenario A) 1. Log into gmail account. 2. Log out. 3. Run power_LoadTest. Scenario B) 1. Run a different autotest that uses a different sign-in username, such as video_YouTubeHTML5_test. 2. Run power_LoadTest. What is the expected behavior? power_LoadTest will log into power_LoadTest user and run autotest normally. What went wrong? power_LoadTest user is never signed in, resulting in the test attempting to run without being logged in as the power_LoadTest user. Did this work before? N/A Chrome version: 53.0.2785.110 Channel: stable OS Version: R53 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0.0.209-r1 This issue has been seen across all devices. The logs for this test point towards the error being a Python IPv6 or a network issue when trying to download the PLTP file, which makes the logs somewhat misleading. The workaround for this issue is to run power_LoadTest on a freshy-flashed device so that no account is saved on the device. This issue can impact automation if power_LoadTest is not the first test to run after an image is flashed to a device.

I think this issue may have been related to https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=647370. There have been a myriad of issues with PLT lately, but after many updates, it is working at the moment. I think we can close this.
