Steps to reproduce the problem:
In ubuntu 16.04 chromium multitouch is really sensitive.

It happens often cause of the two finger scrolling that i accidentally touch with third thinger and jumps to a new page. 

What is the expected behavior?
How can i disable it??

What went wrong?
Multitouch too sensitive.
