After https://codereview.chromium.org/2259493004/ the enum CompositingReasonOutOfFlowClipping in CompositingReasons.h is no longer added to anything and ony appears in debug and test reporting. No tests broke when it ceased being used as a compositing reason, so presumably we can delete it entirely.
