[Daisy] eventlog.txt file is not populated on Daisy

Issue description

Version: 54.0.2840.13 /8743.13.0

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) recover the DUT
(2) run "tail -f /var/log/eventlog.txt" 
(3) do some suspend-resume using closing/opening DUT lid 

What is the expected output?
file should show event logs

What do you see instead?

observed following message

Observed same behavior on two daisy machine. 
Other boards looked okay (tested on cave,jerry).
