[Regression] Multiple icons missing and unaligned

Please see attachments, affecting system tray, virtual keyboard tray, launcher icon, etc.

I just saw it on veyron_speedy (deployed with tot code). I cannot see it on desktop build.

I have seen that as well last week. Oshima told me last week that stevenjb is looking in changing some scripts to automatically pull/update the latest images.

I suspect this may be caused by a old chromeos version. I didn't update it for a long time on veyron_speedy. It was still chromeos 8486.

It is caused by a old chromeos image version. Updating image to latest doesn't see it anymore.
