Add UC Browser entry to DevTools User Agent override |

Issue descriptionI think such features would be very helpful to debug websites that do UA sniffing for UC Browser. It is something that might be needed for EM. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open devtools 2. Click on "three dots" menu 3. Select "More Tools" 4. Pick "Network conditions" 5. Find "User agent" section 6. Uncheck "Select automatically" 7. Click on the <select> Expected result: there is a section with UC Browser user agents Actual result: UC browser UA has to be entered manually
