Regression:Drop down list appears transparent on resizing the browser window in "support.google.com"

Issue descriptionVersion: 55.0.2859.0 3f63c614e8c4501b1bfa3f608e32a9d12618b0a0-refs/heads/master@{#418117} (64-bit) OS: Windows (7,8,8.1,10),Linux (14.04 LTS) TEST URL:https://support.google.com/ What steps will reproduce the problem? (1)Launch chrome and navigate to the above url (2)Click on the Language drop down list at the bottom of the page. (3)Resize the browser window 2-3 times from R.H.S to L.H.S(Kindly refer the video) (4)Observe. Actual:Drop down list appears transparent on resizing the browser window. Expected:Drop down list should be displayed properly on resizing the browser window. This is a Regression issue broken in M-55,below is the Narrow bisect info: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/b057620e2918d41effdb2878814706f437fc567f..77e72c03da749413cecee992ba27636fdd6bbfe1?pretty=fuller&n=1000 Suspecting:r417858? Good build:55.0.2807.0 Bad build:55.0.2808.0 Kindly help to re-assign if your change is not the cause for this issue. Note:Above issue is not seen on Mac OS.
