filter: drop-shadow and transform: rotation css makes an overflow:hidden tags dissapear

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. add an img tag
2. wrap it with an absolute position element (.inner)
3. wrap the .inner element with another div (.wrap)
4. bind .wrap with filter: drop-shadow AND transform: rotate
5. bind .inner with overflow: hidden 

What is the expected behavior?
the .wrap needs to rotate with all of its content

What went wrong?
the .wrap is rotated but the .inner it dissapear/cut/shown depend on the deg you give transform:rotate

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

works on firefox.
